Happy New Year!  Sorry I’ve been gone so long.  2023 ended up being another crazy year with lots going on for house hold maintenance The web site was placed on hold and the newsletter is still down.  Good news I’ve recently had a firing and new items will added to the site soon.  My new years resolution is get back to posting regularly.  So I will be more active and please come back to the site often.
